We are looking for a motivated Community Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help foster positive relationships with local communities, support outreach initiatives, and assist with the promotion of our events. • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and other local stakeholders

• Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns to raise awareness about events and initiatives

• Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and promote our company

• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create promotional materials tailored to specific communities

• Help organize and host community events, workshops, and informational sessions

• Collect feedback and insights from community members to improve outreach and event strategies

• Track outreach efforts, including attendance and engagement metrics

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with community members and partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required
