CNA Hospice Care​/Night Shifts

Location: 2060 Upton Dr. Virginia Beach, VA (On-Site)

Reports to: Hospice House Administrator

FLSA: Hourly (Non-exempt)

Schedule: Full-Time;
Day and Night Shift available (three 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends)

• Assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs as part of the care plan.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate patient needs and changes to the healthcare team.

• Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

• Current CNA license in the State of Virginia (unencumbered)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Willingness to complete a food sanitation course after hire
• Flu‑Vaccinated

• Hands‑on clinical experience preferred

Compensation Range: $18.17 - $20.00/hour (based on relevant experience)
