Sentara Health is hiring for an RN to work at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital on the Same Day Surgery Unit.

Hours/Shift:Full-time, 36/40 hours per week, Days! Hours of operation: 5:00am - 7:30pm. 8 or 9
-hour shifts, no weekends/holidays. Limited call discussed at time of interview.
- Minimum 2yrs acute or critical care experience.
- valid RN license in good standing.
- ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking nurses with a minimum of 2-years acute or critical care experience for our 20 bed Same Day Surgery Unit.
Job Description:As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career. There are many different specialties where you can perform and grow your nursing skills in areas of interest to you. This position's primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.
