Schedule/Hours:
- Specific hours and shifts will be discussed during the interview process to accommodate operational needs and candidate availability.
- Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Recent experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred
- Deliver patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as directed by physicians or registered nurses
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories, treatments, and observations
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
- Coordinate with team members to implement individualized care plans
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory compliance standards
- Respond effectively to emergencies and demonstrate sound judgment in fast-paced situations
