Registered Nurse; RN

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may also be required by the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.

You’ll earn a base hourly rate plus between $40 and $42, with $2.00 per hour shift differential for the 3 p - 11 p shift or $1.50 per hour for the 11 p - 7 a shift.

• Registered Nurse with a current state license.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Physical work comprises more than 70% of the job.
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than 4 hours per day.
• Able to bend and/or stoop for more than 1 hour at a time.
