Certified Nursing Assistant CNA All Shifts

Job Description

Brookdale Virginia Beach is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, hands‑on care to seniors in a supportive campus‑style environment. CNAs assist residents with daily activities, monitor health conditions, and communicate status changes to the nursing team.

Day Shift Part Time 7 am–3 pm, Eve Shift Part Time 3 pm–11 pm, Overnight Full Time 11 pm–7 am.

• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (shower, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successfully complete State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.

State CNA/STNA certification in Ohio (or equivalent), completion of State CNA/STNA course, and ongoing certification maintenance.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
