Sentara Virginia Beach is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the M/S Telemetry Neuro/Stroke Unit, 2 East. New graduates are welcome.

Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for experienced nurses or $7,500 for new grads.

As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, this role includes assessing and admitting patients, performing rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with families, and overseeing overall patient care. The 21‑bed medical/surgical/telemetry stroke unit (2 East Neuro) emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care. Nurses may pursue NIHSS (Stroke Certified) designation and will receive support for continuing education and certification reimbursements.
