• Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $93,000.00
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; weekend pickup of Friday 5pm to Monday 8am as a backup on‑call nurse once every 6 weeks
• Territory:
  Norfolk, Chesapeake, Va BCH, Portsmouth with occasional patients in Hampton, Newport News, and Yorktown

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history
• Deliver attentive, one‑on‑one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding
• Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Administer physician‑ordered medications and treatments with skill and empathy
• Educate patients and their families on care techniques and symptom management
• Track and communicate changes in patient condition, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Keep detailed and up‑to‑date clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care provided
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
• Contribute to other supportive duties as part of a compassionate, mission‑driven team
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state where you will work
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification (current)
• Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal
• A flexible, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support additional duties as needed
