Position Title

Part-time Registered Nurse

Available shifts include: 7:00am‑3:00pm, 3:00pm‑11:00pm, 11:00pm‑7:00am. 2 days a week and every other weekend (holidays as needed).

• 2nd Shift (3pm—11pm): $3.00
• 3rd Shift (11pm—7am): $2.00
• Weekends: additional $1.00 + shift differential

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of Unit Managers and Director of Nursing within the scope of RN practice.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with facility policy.
• Participate in admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Work in partnership with nursing admin team, physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Perform resident assessments and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse or provider.
• Document all care, assessments, treatments, and observations in the Point Click Care system.
• Assist with care planning and ensure care is delivered according to individualized plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Maintain infection control standards and promote a clean, safe and respectful environment.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff while showing patience and empathy.
• Support and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care and adherence to policies.

• Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Previous nursing home, long‑term care, or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
