In this role, youll provide hands‑on care and companionship that supports residents in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your attentiveness and compassion will help create a warm and supportive environment where every resident feels valued.

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to resident care and dignity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
