- Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in residents condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.
- Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to resident care and dignity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
