Unit Manager

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Unit Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This on-site leader oversees clinical and support staff to deliver safe, resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting. Responsibilities include supervising and developing team members, coordinating care with physicians and therapists, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality, safety, and documentation standards. The Unit Manager supports our faith-based, mission-driven culture, champions dignity and compassion, and participates in performance improvement, staffing, and survey readiness while mentoring staff for ongoing growth.
