Key responsibilities of the RN – Telemetry include:

• Monitor patients' heart rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create comprehensive care plans
• Provide patient education on heart health and management
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements of the RN – Telemetry include:

• Active RN license in Virginia
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred
