Sentara Virginia Beach is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Telemetry Neuro/Stroke Unit, 2 East. New Grads Welcome!$20,000 Sign on Bonus for experience nurses or $7,500 Sign on for New Grads.

Shift: FT Nights (36hrs)

Job Summary:

Education:

ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.

Certification:

Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standingBLS within 90 days of hire.

Experience:

Experienced RN's and New grads welcome!.

Key Responsibilities Other Requirements All Direct Care Registered Nurses must have Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.

Must meet and maintain any additional Life Support requirements defined by the clinical area:

Critical Care/Intermediate Care Unit
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire. Emergency Care - ACLS & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire. Oncology Care
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women’s Care
- Perinatal departments;
Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics - PALS within 90 days of hire.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
