Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) in the clinical setting, within the scope of practice dictated by the State Boards of Nursing. The LPN must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. The LPN is an essential member of the healthcare team offering patient care and supporting higher level nurse and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services.

Landing pad for Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance to ensure quicker treatment in emergency situations LPN REQUIREMENTS Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing REQUIRED Basic Life Support (BLS) REQUIRED LPN Certificate/Diploma REQUIRED LPN experience in a hospital setting REQUIREDED experience preferred

The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.57 - $43.04 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
