• Salary: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour, based on experience, plus $3.00/hr weekend differential
• Shift: Evenings & rotating weekends

They have a patient/resident‑centered care focus and are comfortable working with a diverse group of coworkers. A willingness to learn and make a conscious choice to be positive daily is a must.

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents as delegated by the Unit Manager and Director of Nursing.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards, and comply with local, state, federal, and other relevant regulatory or accrediting agency requirements.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in Virginia.
• New graduates welcome; BSN preferred.
• One year of prior experience in a health center or related long‑term care setting preferred.
• Evidence of current CPR training or eligibility to complete a provider training program.

• Hourly employees: 1.5x holiday pay, 1.5x overtime pay for hours over 40 per week.
