Title: RN - Home Health
Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23464 (Coverage Areas: Norfolk, Virginia Beach)
Duration: 3 months+ contract extensions
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
On-Call: 1 weekday per week and every 4th-5th weekend
Coverage Area: Norfolk & Virginia Beach, VA
Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
Responsibilities- Perform admissions, discharges, recertifications, and routine home health visits.
- Provide wound care, wound VAC management, Foley catheter care, and lab collection.
- Deliver patient education and medication management.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Active RN License
- Home Health experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Scrubs (any color)
Ideal candidates are experienced Home Health RNs who can work independently, manage a caseload efficiently, and provide exceptional patient care in the home setting.
