Role:
Registered Nurse in the Immediate Care Unit
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients with urgent and complex needs.
- Perform triage, assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and ensure safety and infection control standards.
- Accurately document all clinical activities in the EMR.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in urgent care settings, including triage, assessment, and wound care.
- Excellent patient communication and education abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
