As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the Virginia Beach SPCA (VBSPCA) has served the Virginia Beach community for more than 60 years with adoption resources and affordable veterinary care. Our talented team is dedicated to advancing the mission of providing top-quality, compassionate care, and humane education to the people and animals of Hampton Roads.

As the VBSPCA Graphic Designer, you are part of an enthusiastic, professional and mission-driven team. You’ll ensure all marketing and communications materials align with VBSPCA brand guidelines, supporting consistent mission awareness across the Hampton Roads community. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Department in creating and executing graphic collateral that articulates the VBSPCA’s mission and initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a creative detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for animal welfare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build a dynamic marketing strategy through brand-aligned collateral. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with several internal and external partners, manage graphic timelines effectively, brainstorm and execute graphic collateral, and ensure that the brand aligns with organizational standards.

Compensation - Hourly Payrate: $23 - $25 - commensurate with experience
