Shift Manager

Pay: $20/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with the additional responsibility of directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation: product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

• Real work/life hours: most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive‑thrus.

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred)
