We are searching for a self‑motivated Retail Sales Merchandiser to service and sell to retail accounts within an assigned territory, ensuring client standards are met and sales volumes increase. The ideal candidate is independent, ambitious, and driven to succeed, possessing strong sales skills and the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level.

• Build relationships with store personnel, create impactful action plans, and support a positive brand image.
• Ensure sales are flawlessly executed on time and against client growth initiatives.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by increasing in‑store visibility of client products and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards so products are always available.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive product positioning and awareness.

• Maintain client objectives by ensuring secondary placements are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
• Maintain full distribution on existing SKUs.
• Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf.
• Prepare for and respond to audits.
• Manage time and prioritize for store call coverage.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
• Provide feedback for client audit objectives.
• Communicate effectively internally with management and externally with customers.
• Build rapport with clients and customers.
• Field questions and proactively develop action plans to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.
• Maintain quality work, attendance, and appearance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and local, state and federal laws.
• Use proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of retail sales or merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; daily discussions with customers at all personnel levels.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing demands and client goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of retail merchandising and/or selling.

• Work may be performed in office, field, retail store, or warehouse environments.
• Require spending 66%+ hours each workday engaging in physical activity, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, possibly in cold conditions.
• Travel and drive up to 20% of the time; must maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.
