Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft;
Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and energetic greeting;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates and communicate theft prevention during store rallies;
Identify and report theft incidents and/or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty;
Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and promote safety
