Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs;
Model customer engagement to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers;
Complete incident reports in LPMS and follow up with local authorities;
Assist in external/internal investigations and promote store awareness around theft and operational controls;
Conduct MES sweeps, fitting room checks and safety standards when athlete traffic is slow
