Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador works within all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Team members carry out all assigned functions and responsibilities, support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance, and act with honesty and integrity while keeping the member in mind.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory problems, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs to the club team.
• Coordinate with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and collaborate with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine how to handle them via DDR or Membership desk.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. Tasks require frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Continuous lifting of objects up to 30 pounds is required, and lifting heavier or awkward objects may be necessary with assistance. The work environment may involve temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders and occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

Starting from $16.25. Salaries vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
