Burlington - 2701 North Mall Drive - Responsibilities:
Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas of the store while promoting a safe and secure store environment;
Engage with customers and associates in areas of the store with highest risk for shortage, promoting positive customer service;
Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of Shortage Control Associates in shortage reduction programs;
Identify and report theft incidents and support security and loss prevention processes;
Participate in store audits, monitoring of point of sale transactions, and execution of inventory processes
