As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, shaping the store’s success and contributing to company growth.

• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence:
  Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).
• Customer‑Centric:
  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Tech‑Savvy:
  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies.
• Clear spoken English; proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English.
• Must be at least 18 years or older. (Individuals 16 years or older may be eligible for hire in certain locations.)

• Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day.
• Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on racks.
• May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs.
• Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly; weights may be higher in certain circumstances.
• Must have good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.

Store Associate pay range: $13.50 – $13.50 per hour. Eligible for the company 401K plan.
