Job Overview

Supervisor – A key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving an excellent customer experience, operational excellence, and profitability across merchandising, visual standards, and employee development.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and model customer‑centric selling behaviors.
• Support the store team to achieve and exceed sales goals, monitoring progress on key performance indicators and individual targets.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening, closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new associates, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Create a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.

• 1+years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven ability to drive results, exceed sales and profit goals, and build high‑performing diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experienced with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light‑to‑moderate weight.

Hiring Range: $17.50 – $24.00

USD per hour.
Incentive Potential:
