Game Stop - 701 Lynnhaven Parkway - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; respond to guest questions and promotions while ensuring excellent service.;
Assist Store Manager with staffing, training, onboarding/compliance training, and performance feedback for associates.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system and reconcile daily transactions; maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandising.;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and delivered, protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.
