Our Domino’s Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more.

• Leading and developing your team
• Setting high standards for customer service
• Maintaining high product quality standards
• Training and developing team members
• Ensuring employees on shift come to their schedules, placing store food orders, and maintaining inventory
• Responding promptly to customer concerns
• Maintaining the proper image of all store employees
• Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies, including the Team Sharma App usage 100%
• Ensuring all store calls are answered after the first ring

• Demonstrates a friendly demeanor
• Organized and efficient time management
• Works well with others and under the stress of a high‑paced environment

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization
• Prior management experience is a plus
• Preferred restaurant experience
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks
• Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm

Hourly rate between $14.00 and $18.00.

• Standing and walking from store to delivery vehicle and customer location
• Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds
• Carrying bulk items such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time)
• Lifting from floor and stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches high
• Bending forward at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients
• Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) and occasionally reaching above 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls or lift/lower objects
• Crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas occasionally
• Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
