Sugar Plum Bakery is currently looking for a retail associate to help assist our loyal customers in selecting various cakes, pastries, donuts and cookies from our pastry cases. Candidates will be responsible for taking customer orders in person and over the phone. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to work independently and follow directions.

Candidate will deliver products and cakes as needed using Sugar Plum Delivery Van. Candidate must be available to work on Saturdays.

NO SUNDAYS REQUIRED.

• Outstanding oral and written communication and customer service practices

• Ability to assist customers in choosing high quality cakes, pastries, pies, donuts, cookies, cupcakes, breakfast items and specialty desserts
• Ability to make specialty coffees using cappuccino machine
