Offline - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time

Your Role

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keep the store guest‑ready through replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, love working with your team, and bring your real self to work each day.

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive floor‑set execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment; spot merchandising opportunities and develop action plans.
• Help the team understand how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; adhere to shrink‑reducing strategies and AEO policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual skills.
