About The Role

The Store Clerk maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness and interactive engagement with customers, with a willingness to provide fast, friendly service. The role primarily supports the Grocery department and back room.

• Cashiers – Deliver great customer experience by actively greeting, engaging, and assisting customers. Process transactions accurately and handle multiple payment forms while following cash handling procedures and restricted sales policies. Monitor product conditions, stay informed on promotions, and report discrepancies.
• Night Stock Crew – Stock merchandise nightly to keep shelves fully stocked and organized. Prep, store, rotate, and display products to standards, maintain clean shelves and back stock, and support inventory flow and sales potential.
• Daytime Stock Crew – Keep sales floor clean, organized, and stocked across all departments, unload trucks, operate equipment, organize stockroom, update pricing and signage, and audit documentation.
• Maintenance Clerk – Perform routine cleaning of floors, stock areas, coolers, restrooms, and break room. Maintain sanitation and safety standards, complete cleaning logs, identify hazards, and report maintenance needs.

• 18 years or older.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Read, write, and perform simple math accurately.
• Interpret instructions and follow them.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have a flexible schedule.
• Work well with others as a team member.
• Have previous grocery or retail experience.
• Passionate about serving people.

• Bending, walking, standing, lifting, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, frequently or with assistance.
• Perform duties in various temperatures and work environments.
• Interact with customers, associates, truck drivers, and vendors.
