Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Experienced HVAC Sales Rep – Virginia Beach, VA Guy Smith is one of the largest and fastest growing heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical companies. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales experience is required. HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required as Absolute will provide product training.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with leads generated by the corporate marketing team
• Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini‑split, and other HVAC product options to homeowners
• Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting
• Meet the customer in their home to review HVAC products and close the sale

• Valid driver’s license
• Residential service experience preferred
• 3+ years of excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R outside sales experience

Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review HVAC products and close the sale.
