Paramount Builders is looking for a motivated Events & Lead Generation Representative to help grow our brand, generate high-quality leads, and create meaningful customer connections.

If you enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and helping homeowners discover solutions that improve their homes, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and confidence are what matter most.

As an Events & Lead Generation Representative, you’ll serve as the first impression of the Paramount Builders brand by engaging directly with homeowners at events and in local neighborhoods.

• Represent Paramount Builders at trade shows, expos, festivals, fairs, and community events
• Generate qualified leads by engaging attendees in conversation and identifying homeowner needs
• Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
• Conduct neighborhood outreach and canvassing in areas where Paramount Builders projects are actively installed
• Promote industry-leading home improvement products including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, bathtubs, and showers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building excitement around the Paramount Builders brand
• Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
• Accurately capture customer information using CRM and lead tracking systems
• Assist with booth setup, promotional displays, and maintaining a professional event presence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
• Experience in lead generation, canvassing, event marketing, customer engagement, or direct sales
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to approach and engage strangers comfortably
• Self-motivation and a competitive mindset
• Ability to overcome objections and build rapport quickly
  
  Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or promotional marketing experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events

Hours/

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. The workweek for this opportunity includes all days except Tuesday and Wednesday, with a standard shift of 10:00am to 7:00pm but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including extended hours during events and trade shows. Some local and statewide travel required.
