A1 Plumbing is part of Groundworks, a leading foundation repair and water management specialist.

Full‑time, W‑2 position. Manage and grow your sales territory. Uncapped earning potential – average $100‑150k; top performers $200‑600k.

• Travel remotely within your sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues they have in their homes and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with prepared job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking the sales lead pipeline.
• Report to the home branch for sales team initiatives and meetings.

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in‑home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

• Training pay $750 p/week.
