Top Reps $200k+ – $150k–$200k+ first year (uncapped), pre‑set, high‑intent appointments.

• Run company‑set, confirmed appointments (no cold calling or canvassing).
• Deliver our proven presentation; design solutions; close same‑day when appropriate.
• Build value in premium products, warranties, and our reputation.
• Write clean, accurate contracts and hand off sold jobs smoothly.
• Stay engaged post‑sale to ensure quality customer experience.

• Money‑motivated closers with a competitive edge.
• Coachable: you like feedback, drills, and scripted frameworks.
• Ownership mindset: accountable, on time, prepared.
• Some evening & weekend availability and a reliable vehicle are musts; we meet with customers when they are home and ready for us.
• Prior in‑home or one‑call‑close experience is a plus, not a must.
