Job Summary
Director of Business Development
Virginia Beach, VA
Full-time
The successful candidate will have water and wastewater experience and a deep understanding of the markets, with exposure to both public and private, and industrial owners. They will understand the industry landscape and be able to identify and pursue opportunities across public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development initiatives within the water and wastewater sector.
- Identify growth opportunities in public, private, and industrial markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in water and wastewater business development.
- Strong understanding of public, private, and industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Experience with travel (50% remote / 50% travel within greater DMV area).
Salary: $90, + bonus structure.
