As the Director of Sales, you are the heartbeat of our hotel’s revenue engine. You’ll lead our sales and marketing strategy, inspire a talented team, and drive business growth across group, corporate, leisure, and event markets.
What You’ll Do- Lead, mentor, and motivate an energized sales team
- Build strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Oversee rate and inventory strategies
- Represent the hotel at high-profile events and industry functions
- Analyze performance trends and provide strategic forecasting
- Stay ahead of competitors and identify new market opportunities
- 5+ years of hotel sales or management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven success in business development and yield management
- A collaborative, confident leadership style
