We are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Senior Client Advisor to join our Health & Benefits team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic guidance and ensuring the seamless administration of employee benefit programs. This is an opportunity to build strong relationships, solve complex challenges, and make a meaningful impact on client success while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and retain a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Oversee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, employees, and insurance carriers
Coordinate enrollments, plan changes, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness
Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and benefit summaries
Partner with producers on new business opportunities and renewals
Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive pricing and plan design solutions
Stay current on industry trends, underwriting practices, and regulatory changes
Maintain accurate client records and ensure full compliance with regulations and company standards
Resolve complex service issues, including billing discrepancies and coverage concerns
Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business development initiatives
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Ensure compliance with ERISA, Section 125, and IRS reporting requirements (Forms 1095 and 5500)

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in employee benefits or commercial lines account management
Active Health & Life Insurance License, or ability to obtain and maintain
Strong knowledge of ERISA, Section 125 plans, and IRS reporting requirements (Forms 1095 and 5500)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in client-facing situations

Work Environment
