Position Title

Prenatal Account Executive, Virginia Beach – field sales executive with experience in diagnostic/genetic testing product sales.

Responsibilities
  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by driving market development through direct sales to individual OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
  • Capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within the assigned region, including OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation.
  • Attend local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in a specified geographic territory.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record and ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), with demonstrated ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Effective time‑management skills and capacity to prioritize opportunities.
  • Bright, flexible, self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
  • Consultative sales skills, coordination of logistics, and problem solving for medical professionals and staff members.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information.
  • Values and ethics that support Billion To One 's mission and professional code of conduct.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information.

For this position we offer a total compensation range of $186,113 – $250,210 per year (base salary $138,922 – $165,718) with uncapped commission potential.
