The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment, serving as the company’s front line of contact to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals across construction/industrial categories.
• Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate placement of orders.
• Maintain strong administrative skills and ensure professional customer interactions.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

$21.38 - $25.38 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
