Automotive Sales Associate

About the Position

Sales Associate at Hall Auto in Virginia Beach, part of the Mile One Autogroup. This role focuses on customer sales, product knowledge, and performance‑based compensation.

• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and negotiate price.
• Work 50+ hours/week, including every Saturday (or a day off during the week).

Guaranteed minimum of $3,000 per month for the first 3 months. Top associates earn over $100,000 a year. Employee benefits include health and financial benefits, training and mentoring, employee purchase program, support fund, scholarship program, and assistance program.

• Outstanding computer, internet and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years; no major driving violations (DUI, reckless, etc.).
• Sales or commission‑based experience preferred.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
