Job Description Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Virginia Beach is staying busy, and we are now offering an hourly sales support staff role that can be your first step to a long term career in automotive retail. The Chrysler Dodge Jeep Product Specialist will be the face of our dealership, providing in-depth knowledge and personalized assistance to our potential buyers.

You will be responsible for showcasing the innovative features and technology of our products, ensuring that our customers have a thorough understanding and appreciation of their vehicles. This will include in-dealership customers as well as presenting vehicles to customers at their homes when they have expressed interest in purchasing from us.

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored information about Chrysler Dodge Jeep vehicles.
• Deliver vehicles to interested customers and conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Demonstrate the latest Chrysler Dodge Jeep technologies and features, offering detailed explanations and answering any questions customers may have.
• Conduct test drives and feature demonstrations to highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our vehicles.
• Assist customers with any post-purchase inquiries or issues, providing ongoing support to enhance their ownership experience.
• Continuously stay updated with Chrysler Dodge Jeep product knowledge and technology advancements to provide the most accurate information.
• Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process and contribute to achieving dealership sales targets.

• Passion for Automotive:
  Genuine interest in the Chrysler Dodge Jeep brands and a passion for cars and technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
• Comfort with using technology and digital tools to demonstrate and explain vehicle features.
• 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
• Valid Driver’s License, with less than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates under 21 only allowed 1 moving violation and no major violations in the last 3 years
• Qualifying candidates for this role will be required to complete a Predictive Index assessment for consideration of an interview.
