As a Jewelry Sales Associate at Diamonds Direct, you will be part of a luxury jewelry retail team, providing high‑level customer service, guiding customers through product selection, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide top‑notch customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience from greeting to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships, positioning Diamonds Direct as the customer’s preferred luxury jewelry destination.
• Apply extensive product knowledge of inventory and designer collections to assist customers in making informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the complete sales process with a focus on customer satisfaction, including detailed follow‑through after the sale.
• Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting Diamonds Direct’s high standards.

• Previous experience in luxury or diamond sales (preferred).
• GIA certification is a plus.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
