Chesapeake Marketing Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Territory Manager to manage and grow an established retail customer base throughout Eastern Virginia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional—or someone with a passion for building customer relationships—who enjoys working independently while representing outstanding product lines.

• Manage and expand an established retail customer base.
• Call on local retail stores within your protected territory.
• Sell the product lines represented by Chesapeake Marketing Group.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales within your territory.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but individuals with the right attitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply.
