Join Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management company, and help homeowners protect and maintain one of their greatest investments: their home.  As a Service Appointment Representative, you'll work with existing Groundworks customers to schedule return inspections for systems we've previously installed. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls.

There is no cold calling. You'll build relationships with homeowners, understand their needs, communicate the value of ongoing service, and help ensure they receive the continued support their Groundworks system requires.  This isn't simply a role where you answer phones and schedule appointments. You'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience while meeting appointment and performance goals. Earn what you're worth! This position includes a $14.00/hour base wage plus uncapped commission, with Service Appointment Representatives typically earning $21–$24/hour in total compensation. ** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to existing Groundworks customers.
* Schedule return inspections and service appointments for previously installed Groundworks systems.
* Build rapport with homeowners and deliver a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction.
* Educate customers on Groundworks services and the importance of maintaining their existing systems.
* Identify customer needs and confidently communicate the value of recommended services and appointments.
* Meet individual and team appointment, performance, and customer experience goals.
* Accurately document customer information, call activity, appointment details, and follow-up in company systems.
* Navigate multiple computer systems while actively engaging with customers.
* Adapt quickly to changes in business priorities, processes, and strategies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.  
** Qualifications
* ** 1+ year of customer service, retail, call center, sales, or other customer-facing experience is required.
* Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
* Positive, motivated, and competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals.
* Comfortable having sales-oriented conversations and confidently asking customers to schedule appointments.
