• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals.
• Work well in a small office team environment, supporting each other & the team goals
• Answer inbound customer calls to help with service items like taking payments, policy changes and insurance advice
• Make outbound sales calls to offer insurance options

• Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Property and Casualty license prior to hire
• Life and Health license within 90 days
• Bi-Lingual preferred
