US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Provide physical security for the premises to ensure the safety and welfare of persons on the compound;
Provide appropriate response to breaches in physical security control (e.g. locks, fences, gates, and other barriers);
Control compound access to determining identity, purpose of visit, and destination for all personnel and visitors;
Deny access to personnel/visitor without authorization and proper identification to prevent unauthorized access to compound facilities;
Interact with public tactfully to provide assistance to general questions and non-emergency situations
