PositionSummary
The Event Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events. Special security assignments may be available during non‑event days/nights. The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must always exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.50-$14.00.

This position will remain open until August 21, 2026.
Responsibilities- Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.)
- Perform all event and non‑event security duties as assigned
- Conduct building safety inspections (normally pre‑event and post‑event safety checks)
- Admit building staff, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and guests to the facility according to established security procedures
- Answer information requests from staff and guests during events or as needed
- Protect equipment, materials, and structures throughout the work schedule
- Provide regular security functions within the arena and related areas prior to, during, and after all events
- Receive, record, and return all lost and found items according to established team procedures
- When requested, provide escorts of persons to and from locations within the facility
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Prior security experience preferred, but not required
- Able to work events as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to work beyond traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and select holidays, is required
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR certification
- Must demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
