Access Control​/Guard Security Clearance

Position: Access Control/Guard with Security Clearance
Valiant is looking for a Access Control/Guard! This position reports directly to the Site Manager or their designated representative. An access guard duties include but not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Access control to the building through verification of information on authorized Access Rosters.
* Issuance of authorized Visitor badges to the building.
* Maintaining access logbooks for all access to building.
* Maintain government provided Security access lists/databases.
* Answering the telephone and responding to requests for information about the trainers and scheduled events.
* Compile Simulator Schedule Data and create Operator Schedules for daily simulator activity.
* Data entry for Training Device Utilization Records.
* Data entry into Badge Access Control System.
* Responsible to report any irregularities or problems to the Site Manager for resolution.
* Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the guard station.
* Work any shift and weekends as specified by Contract for this site.
* Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements SECURITY CLEARANCE :
Active Secret, TS/SCI preferred . Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be computer literate and be able to use and access basic computer programs (Microsoft products, Excel, PDF etc.).
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English.
* Must be able to work well with all levels of Military and Civilian personnel.
* Must present a professional appearance in dress and demeanor at all times.
* Ability to secure a US Passport

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Requires mental alertness.
* Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb two (2) flight of stairs is required.
* Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
