Unarmed Security Officer (Open Availability Required)

We are seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers who have fully open availability and strong customer service and technology skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent service to clients, employees, and visitors.

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to ensure safety and security
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees in a professional manner
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Use security-related technology systems efficiently (e.g., reporting software, badge systems, CCTV)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• Must have fully open availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic to intermediate technology skills (comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and security systems)
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass a background check and any required screenings
• Valid driver's license (if applicable to site)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with access control systems and surveillance monitoring
• Customer service or public-facing experience

This position may be assigned to various sites including corporate offices, residential communities, retail locations, or industrial facilities.

Candidates must have flexible, open availability to work any shift as needed.
